I’ve been a pixel artist since I was a child, but it wasn't til COVID when I truly returned to my craft after many years.

I began creating custom flags for strangers in Animal Crossing New Horizons. If you’ve spent time island-hopping, you’ve likely seen my work. Drawing in the game is a puzzle: you have to work within a small color palette and outsmart an engine that automatically 'smears' your pixels into smooth shapes. I spent my time during the lockdowns mastering those constraints to create crisp artwork.
